Hulu problems still exist… and now new advertising
Posted by: Chris in Geekstuff, tags: entertainment, rantsI have been wanting to watch Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World for a few years now. I never got around to it and when it was out in the theater, I wasn’t going to the theater much. So its on hulu.com, I figure I’ll watch it, even though I have the annoying stutter going on. I have a theory that it just could be my router. I’ll be replacing my home router with the free Astaro Security Gateway software to test that.
I have no problem with the hulu.com advertising between scenes, its very traditional. I don’t even mind the hulu logo in the bottom right corner of the screen, as I’ve gotten used to that from some television stations. However, I do not appreciate the new ads I see on the bottom of the screen during the show. Bah! I don’t really want to know about Chili’s Bottomless Express Lunch. All those restaurants are serving us portions that are too large as it is.. now its bottomless?
