Have you ever received bounced emails, and not necessarily know why you can’t send to that user?  Or maybe you’ve been bounced because the recipient’s server marks you for spam?  I will analyze some of these for you to help you identify if you’ve been misidentified as spam.  If you’re not a spammer, but are incorrectly being identified as one, let me knwo and I’ll see if I can help.  I’m happy to lead you to some of the tools I use to help out (MX Toolbox, DNS Stuff, Spamhaus).  In order to help you effectively, I need to be able to read entire headers of an email.  So please forward them to me as an attachment.  You may start by using my contact form to request help.  Then when I reply, we can get started and I’ll analyze your email.
