Training Videos
We have decided to offer some basic tips as training videos. The site will be redesigned so that the list of training videos will be searchable and put up to YouTube as a channel. The presentation of the videos will also change. But now, since our stock of videos is limited, we’ll just list them out here:
- Change the default save type in Word 2007. this will allow you to save your files in the older Office format so that all of your colleagues that haven’t upgraded like you have will still be able to open your files. Word 2007 defaults to its own save type, .docx. Word 97-2003 used .doc. This video shows you how to change the default from .docx to .doc. I could provide videos for Excel 2007 and Powerpoint 2007 as well – but they are so similar to this one that I decided it’s unnecessary at this time.
